Sunny Sunday Brunch

Its so crappy outside here in NYC today, and it was SUCH A BEAUTIFUL weekend. I guess i'd prefer a beautiful weekend vs a beautiful tuesday though!

We had a fab brunch with friends in Ft Greene, at General Greene (the smoked trout sandwich is oh so yummy!)...

The polaroid camera was acting up and made me think it was out of film.
So i opened the back of the camera.
And eek! There was still film in there dagnabbit.
Shut it back and took this shot of gorgeous Sasha & her parents

...the edges fogged by the exposure to the oh so sunny day.....

....THIS is the beauty of a character named Film and her happy accidental sidekick.

Brooklyn Loves Austin Loves Brooklyn

One of my besties and her husband came to visit from Austin this past weekend.

We managed to stand upright most of the weekend (not alcohol-ly speaking either!...but that WIND! i thought i was going to blink my eyes and have moved from a black and white to color movie, only seeing the legs of the wicked witch sticking out from chelsea market!)

It was a fab eating weekend with great meals at Walter Foods, Matsuri, and Frankie's 457

They came to support friend Dave Mead on his photo opening at Chelsea Market which was a riot.

Its a Boy! Its a Boy!

The day before we left on our honeymoon, I photographed Mom and Dad. Since Mom was carrying twins, we werent sure if she would have already given birth by the time we got back! So we squeezed in a great session. And not too much later, two brothers arrived on the scene!

Two and half weeks old! They were absolute angels during the shoot. We had so much fun. What a treat. Cant wait to see you grow.
