Swiss Love in NYC, Valentina + Serge

Valentina and Serge have it all figured out!

They spent the last 4 1/2 weeks on the road traveling together from Miami up to NYC. I caught up with them on their last day before heading back to Switzerland!
And they didnt seem to be sick of each other ONE BIT!

Wouldnt this be an amazingly lovely way to spend an afternoon on your travels across the world?

Bonjour Baby Grey, Twelve Days

Congratulations to our dear friends Sean and Marie on new baby Grey!

I've admired Marie for a long time...we used to work together and let me tell you this girl gets. it. done. She's smart, she's savvy. AND violá! she is the mom of 3 absolutely gorgeous (its not subjective) girls. Plus Sean has a heart THIS big.

Thank you for inviting me inside on Grey's 12th day! Love you guys hugely.

Olga, Roman, and Lawrence Part 3

It started with a wedding

Followed by the little guy at 6 months old

and now this! he keeps growing and so does my love of this family. Lawrence has endless energy and has a deep deep love for the maintenance and garden trucks at Central Park. ha! Luckily Olga is a spritely girl herself and has no problem keeping up and looking gorgeous at the same time.

They even made russian pancakes for us after the shoot. um...YUM?!!!

Jack, sixteen days

I"ve known Jack's mom for literally decades. She and my brother were student council extraordinaires in high school ( actually i could never keep student council and class presidents straight...so i may have gotten that wrong..but either way...she has been a smiley sincere girl forever...and nothing has changed...except now she can add beauuuuutiful mom to her resume.

It was such a treat to photograph your new family.

little cousin Jackson

I know i've said it before, and you can totally tell me to shut up...well, you can but i wouldnt really hear you...but i love my "job."
In this busy world where we never have enough time to see each other and catch up, i get to actually schedule a time on the calendar to see you and hang out! Granted..photographing a 1 year old in the 100 degree heat at 9am (we're talkin Texas here) doesnt give you a lot of time to say more than "Jackson over here! Look Look!"...but it's still a treat.

And how great does my cousin Emily look as she's running, sweating, helping me get Jackson to look at us with a look that doesnt say "what are you girls doing? why am i sitting in the grass? and where is the fan machine the spews out ice cream?"
