Jaipur!

Ok, realization #542, the Indian people are INSANELY gracious! We had a 5am train from Agra to Jaipur, and our driver was late picking us up! And its not like these trains run every hour! We made it to the station with 10 minutes to spare...people helping us as we are running trying to figure out which track our train is and how to get there...only to get on, congratulate ourselves, and then realize when the conductor comes along, that or ticket is printed with the wrong date! A month off! Oy!. The conductor makes us pay full fare for a new ticket, which we do, only to have about half the train basically gang up on the conductor telling him its not fair what he has done. Now this is taking place all in Hindi but we are putting together what is happening! They are all rallying for us for no reason at all. I hate to say, but if that happened to a traveller from India who got overcharged at Grand Central, I cant say I would even NOTICE what the conductor was charging them, let alone have a 10 minute conversation about it! Incredible.
