Talk about timing...only 2 days before Hurricane Sandy's catastrophic arrival, I spent a super lovely afternoon in Hoboken with Vanessa and Bob. You can actually see Sandy looming in the background over lower Manhattan in the images which is a little eerie.
Unfortunately Vanessa and Bob were set to get married the weekend Sandy hit, and the wedding was forced to be postponed. But its happening in just a couple weeks!
And while i knew that Vanessa and Bob were one of the most cheery, sweet, fun, and laid back couples i've ever met, it was 100% confirmed with all the chaos that Sandy brought. If there were tears, i didnt see them! Vanessa had such an amazing perspective on it all, and i believe her direct quote to me was "we are moving the date. i would love to take a shower before i walk down the aisle." Love that girl. And cant wait for the big day!
