These 2 are picture perfect and I could have photographed them all day! After having to reschedule due to weather, we got super lucky with our new shoot day! A gorgeous morning in Brooklyn with a gorgeous pair of lovers...I'm SO looking forward to your big day!

2 doctors from Germany (yup!) on a work/pleasure trip to NYC...why not schedule some time to hang out together in the summer rays and have someone (me!) record it all?!
It's no secret that we have had a ridiculously lovely summer here in NYC, but every day it is still fascinating. Every sunset feels new, and every picture is it's own story.

NYC Engagement Shoot, From Broadway to Brooklyn...Congratulations Colleen + Damian!

I love a unique location like this! Colleen and Damian met while they were both working on the Broadway Show, Fela! Sparks flew and I'm sure a few jazz hands, and the rest is history.

Damian still works at the same O'Neill Theater as a 'follow spot operator', the big huge spotlight you see magically following the actors on stage...and we got to climb into his booth, his home away from home, like the wizard of Oz's hideaway, and snap a few pics as well...and then the highlight...(hahaha!) was when he fired up that followspot baby and I got to photograph them bathed in the light of the theater that started it all.

Congratulations guys! Can't wait for the big day!

Brooklyn Family Photography, a Frolic in DUMBO!

Have been photographing this family since mom Lynne was pregnant with numero uno!
(I feel like she's an old friend and then i have to remind myself she's 3 years old!)

'Grateful' to capture the sprouting of this family doesn't even begin to convey it!
