Engaged in NYC, Congratulations Andrew + Chris!

Ok so....I'm kind of obsessed with these 2 and their love for each other! I mean can I possibly just be in this relationship as a butterfly on the wall, and by some sort of osmosis that will count for being in one myself? Yeah, ok, probably not.

Andrew + Chris were best friends in high school..and now they are getting married. I mean what?! Their sweet affection is so palpable that while we were shooting on the High Line early one weekend morning, an unshaven hipster guy stopped to say, "hey you guys are really cute together."

Days like these I feel so fortunate for my job. To witness a connection so real, so seamless...and to be able to make pictures with them to celebrate it. I'd like to order a lifetime supply of this for the whole world.

So looking forward to your big day guys.

International LoveFest, Congratulations!

What happens when an American and a Canadian living in London fall in love?

You bring all your friends to New York to celebrate your wedding in the glow of the Empire State Building of course! (on the rooftop at the perfectly named Hotel Americano!)

And when people get on a plane and travel across water to celebrate love, there is just something in the air...and this group was oozing with that magical glitter.

Studio 450 Wedding and OBSESSION worthy Jenny Packham Dress...Congrats to Alexandra + James!

I've been dying to get a chance to edit Alexandra and James' wedding because I really wanted time to obsess over Alexandra's AMAZING dress!!! I mean seriously....have you ever??? Even the way it  bustled during cocktail hour, kill me! And Alexandra was so comfortable, she wore it like it was pajamas....she and this dress were made for each other...she was natural and beautiful and timeless. What do you expect from a (Fulbright!) woman who has just moved to Paris after all!??

These 2 are so sweet together, have been together for ages, and have so many inside jokes, it's almost like they are speaking on a sound level that no one else can hear. With uber brains, and a smart sense of humor (notice Carlos Danger 'sitting' at table 13), the day felt like a very personal intimate dinner party celebrating the end of one phase and the start of another.
