Parents Magazine October Halloween Spread!

For the past 5 years, together with Andrew and our friend Michelle, we've been photographing the Cobble Hill Halloween Parade in Brooklyn. We see families year after year and its become our own little tradition.

This year, our friend Amanda Kingloff, the Lifestyle Director at Parents Magazine, turned the shoot into a 7 page spread in the October Issue!

I'm so excited by the way it turned out.

And it just reiterates for the 100th billion time....shoot what you like, shoot what moves you, create your own stories and projects. From there, the rest falls into place.

Happy Fall Y'all!

4th Annual Halloween Polaroid Corner!

So much fun!

A tradition we (Andrew, Michelle, and I) look forward to muchly!

Some insanely awesome costumes as usual. I think my favorite would have to be dad as Empire State Building, holding son, dressed as King Kong, with mom as lady in distress. I mean brilliant. HOLDING his son, makes as if the gorilla is climbing the building. love it!

We're doing almost all polaroids these days, so I dont end up with much for the archives.
But here's what they look like.

Hope you didnt get any overnight cavities.

Happy November!

3rd Annual Halloween Polaroid Corner

A little behind but I wanted to share about our 3rd Annual Polaroid Corner at the Cobble Hill Halloween Parade this year.

Read about our day here over on my Polaroid blog

A few snaps here. We didnt actually keep the Polaroids, so I took a few shots of the pictures the families took home, along with a couple other stellar costumes and cute trick-or-treaters.

Oh, and our set up! I love it in the midst of chaos.

Same place, same time...next year!
